What you are paying for.

Margin delivers a six-week strength and conditioning program matched to your equipment configuration. Three strength sessions and two conditioning sessions per week. Progression is planned into the cycle: load targets increase at the points the structure calls for them. You select weights against effort descriptors; the program does not assign numbers without context. Session logging lets you track what you actually did.

There are no countdown timers, no promotional rates that disappear, and no teaser prices that rise after sign-up. $9.99 per month or $99 per year is what Margin costs.

If Margin is not right for your situation, cancel. There is no contract.

Who Margin is built for.

Adults who take training seriously and want a structured program built around their available equipment, and that runs for years, not seasons. If that is you, Margin is built for you.

If you are a competitive powerlifter, a physique competitor, an endurance racer, or looking for a transformation challenge with a fixed endpoint, Margin is not the right tool. Read Who It's For for the specific cases.

What's included, in detail.

Both the Monthly and Annual plans provide identical access to the full Margin program. There are no tier-locked features, no premium add-ons, and no content held behind a higher-priced plan. The subscription you choose determines only how you pay.

Six-week structured strength and conditioning program

The program runs five sessions per week: three strength sessions and two conditioning sessions. Strength days are built around compound movement patterns — squat patterns, hip hinges, horizontal and vertical pressing, and horizontal and vertical pulling. Conditioning days use the modality you configured at setup: a stationary bike or running. Session structure is fixed within the six-week cycle; what varies is the specific exercises and load targets, which are determined by your equipment and training history.

Equipment configuration

You set up your equipment once at the start: the minimum is dumbbells and a pull-up bar. If you have a barbell, you add it. If you have access to a stationary bike, you select it. The program writes only movements your configured equipment can produce. When your equipment changes — a barbell added, a gym membership dropped — you update the configuration and the program adjusts with it. The adaptation targets stay constant; the tools for reaching them change.

Session validation before delivery

Every session passes a validation check before it is shown to you. The check confirms that all prescribed movements are available given your equipment configuration, that load assignments fall within established progression bounds relative to your logged history, and that session structure meets minimum quality criteria. A session that fails validation does not leave the queue. You train knowing the program was checked.

Session logging and training history

You log each session: the actual weights lifted, the number of reps completed, and whether the session was finished or cut short. Logged history informs how subsequent cycles are built. What you log is what the program can use; what you don't log, the program cannot account for.

Repeatable program cycles

At the end of each six-week cycle, a new cycle generates from your training history. Cycles run indefinitely — not for a season, not toward a deadline, but for as long as you train. Margin is designed for the person who is not trying to be done.

One household subscription with a second seat

The launch offering includes a second seat at no additional cost, so two people in the same household can run their own individually configured programs under a single subscription. Each seat has its own equipment configuration, movement exclusions, and training history. Treat this as a planned launch feature until availability is confirmed.

Common questions about pricing.

Can I try Margin before committing to a year?

Yes. The monthly plan costs $9.99 and can be cancelled at any time. You are not locked into anything. If you find Margin works for you and want to commit, the annual plan at $99 gives you the equivalent of two months free compared to paying monthly.

Does Margin raise its prices after sign-up?

No. The price you sign up at is what you pay. There are no introductory promotional rates that expire, no teaser prices that increase, and no surprise costs. $9.99 per month or $99 per year is what Margin costs.

Is there a free trial?

Margin is not currently offering a free trial. The product is launching with a paid waitlist-first model. If a trial period becomes available, it will be communicated to the waitlist first.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel at any time. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no contract. Monthly subscribers lose access at the end of the billing period they paid for. Annual subscribers lose access at the end of their annual term.
