Margin builds and preserves the physical margin, the gap between your body's capacity and what life demands of it. It launches soon, and early access goes to the waitlist first. Leave your name and email and we'll let you know the moment the doors open.
No spam. We'll email you once when early access opens. That's it.
What happens next
What to expect after you join.
When you submit the waitlist form, you will receive one confirmation email. That's all that will happen until early access opens. We will not send newsletters, weekly updates, or promotional emails during the wait. When the product is ready for early access, waitlist members will receive one email with a direct link to get started. If you're not interested at that point, you simply don't click it.
We don't have a specific launch date to share right now. The product is built and running. Early access timing depends on a small number of pre-launch checks we are still completing. Waitlist members are the first to know when that changes.
What you'll be getting access to.
Margin is a structured strength and conditioning program for adults who intend to stay physically capable for decades. It is not a workout app in the conventional sense — it is a programming system that generates a six-week cycle tailored to your equipment and adapts it over time based on what you log.
At the launch offering, Margin includes:
- Six-week strength and conditioning cycles — three strength sessions and two conditioning sessions per week. Strength days are built around compound movement patterns: squat, hinge, press, pull. Conditioning days use the modality you configured: stationary bike or running.
- Equipment configuration — you set up what you own once, and the program writes only what your configuration can deliver. The minimum is dumbbells and a pull-up bar. A barbell or stationary bike expands the program's options, but the minimum is enough.
- Movement exclusions — movements that cause pain or are otherwise off the table are excluded. The program substitutes another movement targeting the same pattern within your equipment constraint.
- Session validation — every session passes a validation check before it reaches you. Equipment availability, progression bounds, structural quality. A session that fails validation does not leave the queue.
- Session logging and training history — actual weights, reps completed, sessions finished or cut short. Your logged history informs how subsequent cycles are built.
- Offline workout access — your scheduled session is accessible without a network connection during training.
- A second household seat — one subscription covers two people in the same household, each with their own configuration and history. Treat this as a planned launch feature until confirmed.
Who is on the waitlist.
The waitlist is for adults who take training and longevity seriously — people in their late 30s through 50s, typically, who are already training or are ready to start, and who want a structured program that adapts rather than a template they repeat until it stops working. They understand that physical capacity declines with age by default, and that consistent structured training is the intervention.
Margin is not the right tool for competitive powerlifters during meet prep, physique competitors in contest prep, or endurance athletes training for racing. If you're in one of those categories, a dedicated tool for that context will serve you better during the competition phase.
Margin launches at $9.99/month or $99/year. Waitlist members hear first. One email when access opens. That's it.
